BRIEF :

We are looking for Social Media Manager to handle multiple social media platforms of the fashion brands under the company. The scope of work and the roles and responsibilities are as follows:


ROLE AND DUTIES

Content Strategy Development:

Planning and executing a content strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. This includes creating a content calendar, deciding on content themes, and scheduling posts.

Content Creation:

Producing high-quality and engaging content such as text posts, images, videos, and infographics tailored for each social media platform.

Community Engagement:

Interacting with followers and customers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community engagement.

Audience Research:

Conducting research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and demographics to optimize content and campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitoring social media analytics to track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Using these insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.

Campaign Management:

Developing and implementing social media campaigns and promotions, including paid advertising campaigns if applicable.

Social Listening:

Monitoring social media channels for mentions of the brand, industry trends, and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt strategies as needed.

Brand Management:

Ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms to maintain a cohesive brand image.

Stay Updated:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implementing them effectively.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and sales to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.

Crisis Management:

Being prepared to handle potential social media crises or negative feedback swiftly and professionally.
