The role is pivotal in designing digital assets that engage audiences, strengthen brand presence, and advance the organization’s mission to make education more accessible and inspiring worldwide.This position is ideal for a designer who blends creative excellence with technical mastery, understands brand storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce digital marketing creatives, social media visuals, eBooks, infographics, presentations, and product collateral.Collaborate with marketing, academic, and leadership teams to conceptualize and deliver visually compelling campaigns across global markets.Create and maintain consistent visual branding aligned with the organization’s global identity and values.Adapt creative assets for platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, etc.).Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and globally relevant visual narratives.Develop and manage design systems, templates, iconography, and asset libraries.Stay current with global design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and engagement.Qualifications, Skills & AttributesBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.5-10 years of experience in graphic design, video graphics, animations, preferably within edtech, creative agencies, or global brands.Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.Experience with global or multilingual brands preferred.Exposure to motion graphics, animation, or video design is a strong advantage.Why join themWork with a global brand impacting professionals and institutions in more than 90 countries.Join a collaborative, innovation-driven work culture that values creativity and autonomy.Enjoy engaging in cross-border creative collaboration.Shape the visual identity of a global education ecosystem and explore bold design ideas that inspire change.Compensation & Benefits:Best according to industry standards.
