Join usand be part of the future of financial services technologyJob DescriptionAs a Product Support Engineer - L2 at Signzy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the system by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to providehigh-quality support, ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions.RequiredAPI understandingKnows how to work with APIs, Post API, Get APImake API curls when requiredAble to handle client issues and document them in fast paced setupKnows how to use Postman properlyUnderstand client issues and communicate well with them.Good to haveNode js understanding, Good to haveBasic system understanding, CS background preferredAble to work from office in hybrid at leastResponsibilitiesPerform prelim analysis by hitting APIs and understanding the issue with flow before involving dev teamDocument issues / findings and work with devs to get it resolved.This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the financial services industryand play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and security of financial transactions across theglobe.
