Job Responsibilities:


  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop a digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Prepare accurate reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing key metrics and analytics.
  • Evaluate important metrics related to website traffic, service quotas, and target audience to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience (preferably within the industry) in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
