Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring for Sr Systems Engineer - IT Service Management (Network) at Bangalore Location


Shift: 24*7

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2+years

Education: Any Graduates (BE/B. Tech is preferred)


Kindly note:

  • Notice period max 30 days not lesser than that, if we get Immediate or 15 days it will be well and good.
  • Education must 10+12+any BE/B.TECH Degree/ Master Degree (optional) total should be 15+ years education.
  • If it is non engineer graduate work experience should be JL3B 3+ years must.


Senior Systems Engineer-IT Service:


Summary:

Engineers who are working extensively with Cisco network software, familiar with design, support, and deployment of Cisco products.

Having knowledge and experience in managing Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint appliance.

Also to work alongside the IT support team to ensure the maximum performance of a high traffic network infrastructure while maintaining system integrity.


Details: -

  • Configure, troubleshooting & maintain IT network infra - Experience and knowledge of Cisco routing and switching; install, maintain, and configure Cisco devices like ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches and Cisco AnyConnect. Also Knowledge and experience in Proxy setup and Checkpoint firewall management.
  • IT security compliance & Audit – Maintain Network security and compliance on ongoing basis like apply security patches, updates IOS, review audit logs, access controls, maintain and update network security guidelines, participate in IT security audits and mitigate risks & findings.
  • Monitoring Network performance - Assess network performance to address business requirements and recommends for network planning and upgrades on systems. Also plan for upgrading/replacing hardware and software in the network.
  • ITIL – Ensuring and maintaining Capacity management, change management, vendor management and incident management, including Performing disaster recovery operations.
  • Support – 24x7 support availability; Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Documentation: Creating and presenting networking reports. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
  • Education & experience - Bachelor’s degree in network administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field with 4 - 5 yrs experience.
  • Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
