Job Description:

Cendrol Construction, a leading construction and development company based in Bangalore, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading architectural design efforts, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative architectural solutions and shape the built environment in Bangalore and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead architectural design efforts for a variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that meet project requirements and objectives.
  3. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications using industry-standard software tools.
  4. Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather project requirements and evaluate site conditions.
  5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning ordinances in all architectural designs.
  6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
  8. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction industry.
  9. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  10. Represent Cendrol Construction in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations, demonstrating professionalism and expertise at all times.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  3. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards in India, with specific knowledge of Bangalore regulations preferred.
  5. Excellent design sensibility, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
  6. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Certification or licensure as a Registered Architect preferred, but not required.
  9. Experience working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Bangalore or similar urban contexts is a plus.
