**Title:** DFT Engineer - Junior/Sr. Design/ Lead/Manager/ Director

**Location:** [Bangalore, US, Canada, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida]


**Experience** [ 3+ Years to 20+ Years]



**Description:**

Seeking a DFT Engineer to join our team. Responsible for implementing testability features in integrated circuits (ICs) to ensure efficient testing during manufacturing

**Responsibilities:**

- DFT efforts for complex IC designs

- Implement scan insertion, ATPG, and MBIST, JTAG other DFT techniques

- Have good work experience in IP or SOC or Subsystem Level DFT

- Collaborate with design and verification teams

- Define test requirements and develop test plans

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- 3+ years of experience in DFT

- Proficiency in DFT tools like Tessent/Fast Scan/Spyglass/Tetramax/SMS, Modus or Genus and methodologies

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
