Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Consultant Psychologist to join our team at Zen Mind. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide psychological assessments, counseling, and mental health support to clients. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports.
  • Provide individual and family counseling.
  • Offer evidence-based mental health interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support client well-being.


Qualifications

  • Master’s in Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory).
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment and report writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, required training will be given
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.


Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹27,000 per month
