Analytics India Magazine, a premier media and analyst firm dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, is seeking an experienced and passionate Faculty member specializing in Generative AI Training. This role is pivotal in educating and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals, with a focus on the principles and applications of generative AI models. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in generative models, and a commitment to high-quality teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Excellence:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum and lectures on generative AI, machine learning, and related subjects.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate these into the curriculum.
  • Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and seminars to provide hands-on experience in AI model training and development.

Student Guidance and Mentorship:

  • Provide academic and career guidance to students.
  • Supervise student projects and research in the field of generative AI.
  • Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects.

Research and Development:

  • Engage in research activities in the field of generative AI and publish findings in reputable journals and conferences.
  • Collaborate with industry and academic partners for research projects and initiatives.
  • Seek and manage research funding and grants.

Community and Industry Engagement:

  • Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Build partnerships with industry leaders to facilitate knowledge exchange and provide real-world exposure to students.
  • Contribute to public awareness and education about AI through talks, articles, and community outreach programs.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of educational programs.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the institution.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching and research with a focus on generative AI.
  • Strong record of publications and presentations in relevant AI fields.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to AI and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry experience in AI or related fields.
  • Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership.
  • Involvement in AI community groups or professional associations.
