Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Generative AI Engineer to take full ownership of building and deploying a state-of-the-art generative AI chatbot specifically designed for IoT (Internet of Things) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solutions. This role is ideal for a visionary engineer who thrives on innovation and has a deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and generative models. As the sole AI expert on this project, you will be responsible for every aspect of the chatbot’s development, from conceptualization to production deployment. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and eager to make a significant impact in the IoT and EAM space, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of a generative AI chatbot tailored for IoT and EAM solutions, including architecture design, model development, and system integration.
  • Research and select the most appropriate AI frameworks and technologies (e.g., GPT, Transformers, LangChain) for building a highly responsive and contextually aware chatbot that can interact with IoT devices and enterprise asset management systems.
  • Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to generate human-like responses that are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the specific needs of IoT and EAM users.
  • Design and implement robust algorithms for intent recognition, context management, and personalized interactions within the context of IoT and EAM workflows.
  • Integrate the chatbot with IoT platforms, EAM systems, and various data sources, APIs, and backend systems to enable seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure the chatbot’s performance, scalability, and security by optimizing the models and infrastructure for IoT/EAM environments.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and establish best practices for AI development within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure the chatbot aligns with business goals in the IoT/EAM domain.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on NLP, generative models (e.g., GPT, Transformers), and IoT/EAM solutions.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying AI chatbots or conversational agents, preferably in IoT or EAM environments.
  • Deep understanding of natural language processing, language modeling, and dialogue management in the context of IoT and enterprise systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment and management, particularly in IoT/EAM contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (relational and NoSQL) and integrating AI solutions with IoT devices and EAM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and think creatively about how AI can enhance user interactions in IoT/EAM scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing AI chatbots that are context-aware and capable of personalized interactions within IoT/EAM workflows.
  • Familiarity with deploying AI models on edge devices or in resource-constrained IoT environments.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and experience in building responsible AI systems.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI/ML conferences.
