Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Sales Support Specialist with exceptional English language skills to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing LinkedIn outreach, and calling clients to support our sales initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and manage accurate quotations for clients based on their requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotes and follow up to address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain a repository of standard pricing and product information for quick reference.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns on LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Monitor LinkedIn responses and coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on quotes, provide product information, and address inquiries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with clients.


Shift Timing: 8AM EST TO 5 PM EST (EASTERN TIME)


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
