Global Account Manager Antal International Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Remote) About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our Everywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots / Vending Machines). In this role, you will focus on acquiring, managing, and scaling large/global corporate accounts, driving strategic relationships and delivering impactful business growth.As a Global Account Manager (GAM), your mission is to build and nurture strong partnerships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads, while identifying high-value business opportunities and closing significant deals.We are looking for a dynamic, field-driven professional who thrives on creating value for customers and enjoys spending 80% of their time engaging directly with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire, onboard, and manage a portfolio of 40–70 large/global corporate accounts (each with >5,000 employees).Collaborate with Infrastructure Management Companies to onboard their existing clients.Participate in RFPs and tenders, ensuring effective proposal submissions.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure account profitability.Achieve targeted annual revenue generation of ₹10 crore+ per account.Understand client requirements and develop customized sales strategies.Drive high-quality sales, delivery, and customer service processes.Ensure contract renewals and long-term client retention.Identify and approach potential customers to establish new partnerships.RequirementsProven experience in managing large corporate accounts (BFSI / IT sector experience preferred).Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Strategic thinking with a problem-solving attitude.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Willingness to travel extensively and engage with clients in the field.Why Join UsOpportunity to drive growth in a high-impact business vertical.Performance-driven rewards and incentives for top performers.Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced work environment.A chance to work with innovative technologies in the vending and automation space.If you’re a driven sales leader who thrives on building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals, we’d love to meet you.📩 Apply Now — Send your resume to [eshita.mogal@antal.com]
