Senior Process Orchestration Engineer


The Role & Key Responsibilities:

The Process Orchestrator (MPO) acts as a middle layer between different cloud-based systems to pull, process, and push data via APIs. It uses a graphical user interface like Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) graphing to model, create, and execute workflows that run in the cloud.

In this context the successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for the MPO architecture and its resilience.
  • Pro-Actively review and refine the current processes to enhance resilience.
  • Oversee and assist in the resolution of production incidents.
  • Support and maintain the existing Orchestrator code.
  • Development small enhancements to the existing code.
  • Work as part of a project team on larger projects, developing new integrations.
  • Apply working procedures, methodologies and tools according to ITIL best practices and internal procedures.
  • Comply with Information security best practices and guidelines.
  • Participate in the elaboration and maintenance of the knowledge base of product.


Skills Required

  • Domain specific knowledge, encompassing Banking, Payments and ideally Money Market Funds
  • 5-8 years at a similar level to that being advertised.
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 modeling tools
  • Experience with Java or other programming Language
  • Experience with Cloud-based platforms
  • Close attention to detail and diagnostic skills / ability to logically think problems through to a final resolution.
  • Fluent communication skills in English – both written and verbally, German and/or French advantageous


Skills Desirable

  • Knowledge/Experience working within a regulated Banking environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud - Azure experience
  • Knowledge on how SaaS products work
  • Knowledge of working with in a DevOps environment
  • Hands on experience within technical support teams
