Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing communications to join the business team at Starkenn. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B technology industry or similar with a strong background in marketing communications. This individual will be responsible for leading the Marcom team with key result areas planning, strategy and execution, budgeting and customer relations. You are passionate about technology and possess strong technical understanding. The Marketing and Communications Lead reports to the Business Head. Additionally, they should be skilled in project management, creative design and content writing.

Responsibilities:

  • the marketing communications strategic plan
  • to set targets, monitor and report
  • marketing budget and set critical paths
  • content for print, web and social media
  • and produce marketing materials and creatives
  • and maintain the website and social media channels
  • brand consistency across all platforms
  • promotional events/trade shows
  • press releases and liaise with media
  • and execute SEO strategy
  • generation using Email Marketing and LinkedIn
  • positioning and competitive analysis


Required Skills:

  • or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations
  • years’ experience in social media marketing
  • writing strategic plans, marketing and content plans
  • in media buying, SEO and organic marketing
  • in WordPress/Wix, or similar website management applications
  • in Mail Chimp or similar email marketing applications
  • in Canva
  • to develop timelines and budgets
  • producing events and meetings
  • of Automotive industry

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing or Mass Communications).
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in a technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva, MailChimp, Wordpress/Wix dashboard, MidJourney, LinkedIn
  • Experience in implementing agile methods for critical projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
