Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Development:
  • Provide strong technical leadership to the development team.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Lead by example in terms of code quality, best practices, and work ethic.
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets project goals and deadlines.
  • Project Management & Technical Expertise:
  • Plan and manage
  • project timelines, tasks, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in .NET development.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies.
  • Code Review:
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in .NET software development.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in .NET framework and related technologies.
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Database design and development skills (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
  • Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Certification in .NET development is a plus.
