🚀 We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Growth marketer at SahiWe’re seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing growth marketer to scale Sahi. In this role, you will manage user acquisition across organic and paid channels.What you’ll do- Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing & other digital channels.- Creativity to roll out performance-focused communication across all digital assets and customer journeys.- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and campaign analysis to provide insights to leadership.- Work with content and brand teams to develop marketing assets to market across digital platforms- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives to improve CAC.- Conduct multiple experiments on ASO to increase conversion rate.Who You Are- 2–5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in a broking platform or fintech startup.- Decent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Moengage & SQL- Strong communication and copywriting skills.- Highly data driven and analytically very strong- Creative thinker with a knack for user behavior and campaign storytelling.- Are curious about traders and excited to solve their problem- Decent knowledge of CRM channels (Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, In-App Banners)- Must have in-depth of Appsflyer knowledge🌟 Why join us?Be part of a fast-growing, VC-backed startup on a mission to empower the next generation of traders.📍 This is an on-site role based in Whitefield, Bengaluru.📩 If you're interested, email me at manish.s@aaritya.com
