Position Overview:
Aerchain is seeking a passionate and driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating them into innovative technology solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Aerchain's AI-powered Procurement platform to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Solution Design: Work closely with the product and development teams to translate business
requirements into technical specifications. Design and propose innovative solutions that align with Aerchain's AI-driven
procurement goals.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to extract meaningful insights and identify trends relevant to procurement processes. Assist in the development of data-driven strategies for enhancing the efficiency of the procurement platform.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and system designs. Ensure documentation is maintained and updated to reflect any changes or
enhancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of business requirements.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities. Address user queries and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably within a Procurement-focused environment.
