The agency specializes in creating impactful visual presentations and utilizing technology to empower businesses across various industries.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an innovative Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create high-quality ad creatives, UGC edits, reels, product videos, banners, and graphics for D2C brands.Your work will directly impact ROAS, engagement, brand visibility, and scaling results for our clients.🎬 Video EditingEdit ad creatives for Meta & Google (reels, UGC, hooks, product demos)Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube ShortsAdd transitions, overlays, typography, animations, and sound effectsWork with performance marketers to create data-backed high-performing adsImprove video storytelling & structure for higher engagement🎨 Graphic DesigningDesign static ads, website banners, product posters, and carousel postsCreate brand-focused social media graphicsDesign landing page assets & product showcase creativesMaintain brand guidelines across all creative assets📊 Creative StrategySuggest new ideas, hooks, and concepts for performance creativesAnalyze creative performance and optimize based on insightsStay updated with trends in D2C, advertising, and visual design🤝 Team CollaborationCoordinate with performance marketers, content writers & influencer teamProvide quick revisions and meet deadlinesHandle multiple brand projects simultaneouslyQualificationsProficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color GradingMust have working experience of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro)Ability to create dynamic and engaging Motion GraphicsStrong competency in Graphic Design for branding and visual presentationsAttention to detail, creativity, and a strong visual storytelling abilityExperience with professional video editing and graphic design softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environmentPrior experience in a similar role or in the marketing/design industry is a plus
