About the Role

As a Yoga instructor at Shyft, you will be the face of the brand, conducting live interactive holistic wellness (as well as condition-specific) classes of Yoga, Breath-work, and Meditation, for our customers worldwide, and be keen on taking customers on a continuous growth journey of wellness, to bring about tangible improvements in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct four daily group Yoga classes for Shyft customers as per training
• Create an engaging and safe atmosphere for customers to practice and interact
• Attend regular trainings to pick up and stay up to date on Shyft courses
• Ensure logistics, technical setup, and class operation protocols are followed
• Assist with administrative & and any class/customer-related activities such as onboarding calls, research and training, etc.

The best candidates will check all or many of these boxes

• Up to 2 years of experience conducting group classes as a Yoga Instructor
• At least 200 hours RYT
• Passion for teaching Yoga and meditation and an in-depth knowledge of the same
• Great communication skills & and proficiency in the English language
• Ability to engage an audience
• Openness to learning
