Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Feed Plant Supervisor to join our team in Alwar, Rajasthan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of feed production process, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards, optimising the process, handling the team, setting up new plants.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the feed plant, including production planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Manage a team of production staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a feed manufacturing plant.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
