Job Title: Support Engineer(Tufin Certified)

Location: Chennai

Experience Level: L2 Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tufin Certified L2 Support Engineer to join our team and provide specialized support for our Tufin platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for policy management, incident handling, troubleshooting, compliance and risk monitoring, and ensuring seamless operation of the Tufin platform. This role requires expertise in technical support, policy revisions, and troubleshooting to maintain the efficiency of our network security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Management: Assist in creating, updating, and managing network security policies using the Tufin platform.
  • Incident Handling: Provide timely resolution for incidents related to Tufin, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in the Tufin environment. Provide escalation to L3 support when necessary.
  • Compliance & Risk Monitoring: Monitor and ensure network security compliance according to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Support: Deliver comprehensive technical support for Tufin platform-related issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
  • Timely Updates & Policy Revisions: Ensure that the Tufin platform is always up-to-date with the latest software patches, updates, and security features. Regularly revise policies as per evolving network security needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as security operations, network engineers, and system administrators, to ensure smooth integration and operation of Tufin solutions across the network.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tufin Certified Engineer (TCE) certification required.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting network security issues, incident handling, and ensuring security compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in working in an L2 support capacity, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with higher-level support teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
