Position Overview:
The Content Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy. This role involves leading the launch of our podcast on YouTube, creating engaging content, managing branded content initiatives, and integrating content across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong background in digital content creation, project management, and brand collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
Podcast Launch:
- Lead the planning, production, and launch of our podcast on YouTube.
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and production teams to ensure high-quality content.
- Develop and implement a promotion strategy to maximise reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with our marketing and business goals.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone.
Branded Content & Integrations:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for content integrations and branded content collaborations.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling branded content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Manage relationships with brand partners and ensure the seamless execution of content partnerships.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Education - Bachelors in marketing/communications/journalism
Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in content management,
Skills:
- Proven experience in launching and managing podcasts or video content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
