What You’ll Own ?

  • Train to Win: Design and deliver engaging onboarding, product, sales and process training for our sales team.
  • Turn Gaps Into Skills: Use call audits, performance data and manager feedback to identify skill gaps and build targeted training interventions.
  • Make Scripts Come Alive: Help salespeople move beyond scripts and learn how to have better, more natural customer conversations.
  • Master the Objections: Build practical objection-handling frameworks, role plays and battle cards that help the team navigate real customer situations.
  • Coach, Don't Just Teach: Conduct role plays, call reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions to improve individual performance.
  • Keep Training Real: Continuously update training based on what's actually happening on the sales floor — not what looks good on a PowerPoint.
  • Measure the Impact: Track training effectiveness through conversion rates, productivity, quality scores, ramp-up time and other relevant sales metrics.
  • Partner With Sales Leaders: Work closely with Sales Managers to identify performance trends and create improvement plans.
  • Build the Playbook: Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, knowledge resources and sales enablement content.


What We’re Looking For ?

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, L&D, Sales Coaching or a high-performing sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, customer psychology and objection handling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Someone who can command a room without needing a microphone.
  • Strong analytical skills — you should be comfortable looking at numbers and figuring out why they're moving.
  • Excellent coaching and feedback skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them actionable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High ownership, energy and a genuine interest in developing people
