The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. 

 

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist within our Performance Marketing Department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing successful campaigns, providing digital insights, and optimizing performance to drive client success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with client objectives.
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features to leverage them for campaign improvement.
  • Implement best practices for ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Digital Insights:
  • Provide strategic insights based on data analysis to enhance campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement findings to improve ad creatives, targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to align marketing efforts and achieve cohesive campaigns.
  • Clearly communicate digital marketing strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:
  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies based on performance data.
  • Adherence to Industry Standards:
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results and driving successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and platforms is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are desirable.
