We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating persona, user journey map, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and performing usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience. You should have a strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, user flows, and information architecture, with a passion for solving complex design challenges.

The ideal candidate is proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and has a solid understanding of current design trends, best practices, and responsive design principles. You should also have experience in working with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, design thinking workshops and usability testing
  • Run user centered design process to create persona, journey maps, MVP, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs
  • Ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs

Requirements:

  • Qualified design graduate or post graduate from a reputed design school
