Role: Control M (Mainframe)

Experience Range: 5 - 8 YEARS

Location of Requirement: Noida/ Bangalore

Required Skills: Control-M-L3 System Administration / Control-M-L2 Scheduling on z/OS

Desirable Skills: TWS – OPC, ITIL V3 / 4 foundation completion, Service Transition

Technical Skills:

  1. Experience with Control-M on Distributed and z/OS Systems - Control M and TWS; L3, L2 support
  2. Experience on Deployment of BMC Control-M packages from scratch and also upgrading activities
  3. Sound knowledge on Control-M architecture and supporting tools with Version 7, 8 and V9
  4. Should be capable of handling installation, upgrading and maintaining Control-M and related applications
  5. Control-M Agent Installation, Configuration, and Deployment activities
  6. Troubleshooting of administrative issues in Control-M environment
  7. Sound knowledge of Control modules/Application plugins (AFT, DB, Java, SAP)
  8. Experience on Add-Ons of Control-M


Functional Skills:

  1. As an Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.
  2. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
  3. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management (across onshore-offshore teams).
  4. Performs day to day operations and work.
  5. Conduct periodic reviews with teams.
  6. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
  7. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.
  8. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
  9. Drive service improvement programs.
  10. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement
  11. Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.
