Job Title: Agile and DevOps Champion SAPLocation: India (with global responsibilities)Key Responsibilities:Lead the transformation of SAP delivery models from waterfall to Agile approachesChampion the adoption of DevOps principles in SAP AMS environments, driving continuous integration, automated testing, and faster release cyclesDesign and implement frameworks for Agile and DevOps across different SAP project types (implementation, AMS, cloud transformations)Guide SAP project and support teams in adopting Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall modelsEvaluate, implement, and scale supporting tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, collaboration platforms)Drive change management initiatives to embed new ways of working across people, processes, and toolsDevelop and deliver enablement plans, including training programs, knowledge sharing, and ongoing coaching for teamsDefine metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, maturity, and business impact of Agile and DevOps practicesCollaborate with SAP program managers, architects, and delivery leadership to align transformation initiatives with business and technology goalsAct as a thought leader and subject matter expert for modern delivery practices within the SAP ecosystemEngage with SAP product teams, industry forums, and partners to stay current on relevant trends and best practicesProvide hands-on guidance in restructuring delivery governance, processes, and structures to support Agile & DevOps adoptionQualifications & Experience:15+ years of SAP delivery and program management experienceDemonstrated experience in leading Agile transformations for SAP project environmentsProven track record of transforming traditional AMS delivery to DevOps modelsDeep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation, release management)Working knowledge of modern toolchains such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Selenium, etc.Strong background in change management principles and stakeholder managementSAP Activate methodology familiarityExcellent coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer capabilitiesAbility to engage with senior leadership, build trust, and influence across a large matrix organization
