We're looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team. The Engineering Team forms the backbone of our core business. We build and iterate over our core platform that handles orders, payments, delivery promises, order tracking, logistics integrations to name a few. Our products are actively used by Company users, Operations, Delights, and Finance teams. Our team consists of generalist engineers who work on building REST APIs, Internal tools, and Infrastructure for all these users.


What will you do at Company?
  • Convert design mockups into clean, well-structured HTML/CSS.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect designs across devices.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams.
  • Optimize web pages for speed and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve CSS issues.
  • Update and maintain existing websites.
  • Follow best practices for accessibility and SEO.
  • Test and troubleshoot to ensure quality.
Some Specific Requirements
  • Excellent in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Strong design mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with pixel-perfect layouts (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Good understanding of web standards and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with SASS/LESS is a plus.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.


Preferred:

  • Experience with Git.
  • Knowledge of modern design trends.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
