As a Finance Intern, you will get an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting, enhance your skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are a dynamic, confident and self-motivated individual with good communication and analytical skills. You will need your own laptop with a stable internet connection during the internship period. Based on the performance during the internship, Cravea can offer you a permanent profile within the company with an attractive compensation of 4 LPA to 7 LPA based on your profile and experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking for both Indian and Netherlands entity.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances in financial performance.
- Preparing audit documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Advanced negotiation skills
- Global mindset and exhibits strong emotional intelligence
