Experience: 5+ years in hotel acquisitions, business development, or hospitality investment.
Location:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager-Pan India. The position is based at the Paul John Resorts & Hotels corporate office in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition opportunities for boutique and luxury hotels that align with Paul John Resorts & Hotels' brand standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and real estate investors.
Conduct in-depth market research to assess feasibility, investment potential, and strategic expansion opportunities
Drive business strategies for expansion, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth property acquisitions and transitions.
Represent Paul John Resorts & Hotels at industry events, networking forums, and investment meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in hotel acquisitions, real estate, or business development in the luxury hospitality sector.
Strong industry network within Pan India hospitality and real estate market.
Expertise in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and deal structuring.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for property evaluations and business meetings.
