Purpose of the Role:


Director/Associate Director will launch and drive strategic initiatives in partnership with different stakeholder teams (content, growth, product, finance) and drive towards achieving organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and manage the Program Management Office to drive the success of various strategic initiatives
  • Identify new program requirements and collaborate with the respective team to enable the design and implementation
  • Optimize the existing processes and building efficiencies in the system
  • Ensure timely completion of projects with the defined objectives by aligning various stakeholders
  • Direct and coach program managers in the team enabling them for their programs


Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong in first principles problem solving and data analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Strong experience in building and running programManagement Office
  • Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macros, V- Lookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change


Mandatory Experience:


  • 8+ years of Experience at Consulting(McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney) and Startups (Both mandatory)
  • Strong pedigree - IIT + IIM (A/B/C/B)/ISB
