Job brief

We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization activities.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks for our website.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for the website.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.


Technical SEO:

  • Perform audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, and schema markup.
  • Optimize website architecture, including URL structures, metadata, and internal linking.


On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize content for targeted keywords, ensuring proper keyword placement and density.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Provide regular reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and optimization efforts.


Trend Analysis & Implementation:

  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Experiment with innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Organic Traffic Growth: Increase in monthly organic sessions.
  • Keyword Ranking Improvements: Percentage of target keywords ranking in the top 10.
  • Bounce Rate: Reduction in website bounce rates.
  • Backlink Quality: Number and quality of referring domains.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical SEO purposes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with local SEO is a plus.
