We're hiring Accounts Manager.Experience: 8 to 10 YearsLocation: KozhikodeProven experience in account management, GST compliance, and financial analysis. Manage daily finance operations, oversee month end and year end closures, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver timely financial reportsKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations Management Manage all day to day accounting activities across procure to pay, order to cash, inventory, and manufacturing related finance operations.Month End and Year End Closing Ensure accurate reconciliations, provisions, ledgers, and books closure within defined timelines.Statutory Compliance Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings with complete accuracy and zero delay.Financial Reporting Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, variance analysis, and management dashboards.Budgeting and Financial Analysis Support annual budgeting, track budget vs actual, identify deviations, and provide actionable financial insights.Required Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally Prime or SAP Strong analytical and problem solving abilities High attention to financial accuracy and documentation Good leadership, communication, and team management skillsQualifications • B.Com or M.Com or MBA Finance • CA Inter preferred
