You will work on high-scale, real-time, API-driven backend services used by millions daily. The role requires strong ownership and the ability to build and optimize distributed, mission-critical systems end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable backend services using GolangBuild high-performance REST APIs and microservicesWork on distributed systems, caching, queues, and real-time data flowsEnsure high standards of code quality, testing, and reliabilityCollaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teamsDrive ownership across the full development lifecycle Must-Have Skills3–5 years of hands-on experience with GolangStrong understanding of backend architecture & microservicesStrong DSA skills (tested in interviews)Experience with Redis, Memcache, MySQL, KafkaUnderstanding of distributed systems & high-throughput platformsStrong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindsetJava background acceptable if transitioned into GoBonus: Experience switching from Java to Go (migration, adaptation, or rewrite projects)Ideal BackgroundExperience in product-based, high-scale, or real-time platformsExposure to event-driven architecture and cloud (AWS/GCP)
