Lead - Liabilities Strategy (VP Grade)

Job description Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals.To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable liabilities growth, reduce cost of funds, improve branch and overall profitability in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements.Work closely with business to ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines.Work with leadership team to address the market dynamics, emerging trends and evolving customer needs.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiativesFocus on growth, diversification and achieving scaleDesired candidate profile10-15 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting. Should have experience in strategy or consulting role in Banking or consulting industry.Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification from reputed institution with specialization in Strategy, Finance, or BankingCertifications in Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation or Business Analytics will be advantageous.
