Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Required Skillset: Machine Learning

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Noida/Mumbai/HYD/Indore

Experience Range: 7+years


Job Description

Must-Have**


i. Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI systems to address healthcare challenges

ii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and IT, to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions

iii. Develop and implement advanced algorithms and statistical models to solve healthcare-specific problems, such as predictive analytics, patient risk stratification, and medical image analysis

iv. Develop and integrate generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as medical text generation, data augmentation, and synthetic data generation

v. Optimize and enhance existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability in healthcare settings

vi. Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of our clients’ machine learning systems

vii. Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, etc.

viii. Support model development, with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security

ix. Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept machine learning systems

x. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into

ongoing healthcare projects

xi. Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

xii. Communicate findings and recommendations by interreacting with stakeholders to build requirements and track progress

xiii. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security, complying with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA



  1. 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles like GenAI, Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Visualization, ML framework and libraries TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras
  2. 3+ years of experience with software engineering using Java, .net, python or any backend and frontend languages
  3. 3+ years of experience in Deploying and operationalizing ML Ops
  4. 3+ years – Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server/NOSQL Databases, Azure ML Studio Model evaluation and explainability. v Model training and automated retraining.
  5. Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
  6. Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects from conception to deployment
