Job Title: Business Analyst - Business Development Enhancement


Location: Gurgaon NCR


Role:


As a Manager at our organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that optimise processes, people, IT/software solutions, and competency assessments to enhance business performance and increase the team's ability. Our company helps to enhance business operations for our clients by identifying issues and bottlenecks in existing organisations and creating a clear roadmap for improvement through new processes, training and development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for complex projects, ensuring deliverables related to business process improvement, talent development, IT/software implementation, and competency matrix evaluations are achieved.


  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals. Establish detailed project plans and timelines. Understand the key issues & concerns in an organisation and strategically plan the changes required and continue to monitor the same.


  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.


  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain frequent communication with project stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and manage any arising issues effectively.


  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report project performance, analysing the successful completion of short and long-term goals, adjusting project plans as necessary.


  • Competency Assessment: Conduct and oversee the competency assessments of individuals across the organisation, analysing results to identify opportunities for talent development and optimisation. 


Qualifications:


  • MBA in business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis within a consulting or business
  • environment.
  • Proven experience in managing projects related to business process improvement,
  • Talent development, IT/software implementation, and competency assessment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
