Requirements include:

  • Experience in executing onboarding processes following compliance norms of Collabera, US State & Federal Government, and Collabera's clients.
  • Ability to effectively communicate policies of Collabera and US Department of Labor to prospective employees.
  • Experience in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing new ideas to improve scalability of processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for document verification and identification of deficiencies
  • Focus on creating a positive employee experience.
  • Ability to coordinate with external parties such as vendors and business partners to meet statutory requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
  • Contribution to client audits, report generation, data compilation, and analytical presentations
  • Experience in resolving billing issues, including PO extensions, invoice rejections, and budget problems.
  • Ability to follow up with clients and sales teams for PO-related matters.
  • Experience in internal audits and error resolution.
  • Ability to handle miscellaneous requests from sub-tiers, clients, and consultants.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience with report generation or data compilation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven and proactive mindset rather than being focused solely on time constraints.
