Job Summary: As a Fashion Consultant at Rent An Attire, you will be an integral part of our customer experience team, assisting clients in finding the perfect outfits for their special occasions. You will be responsible for styling, customer service, and inventory management within a dynamic fashion rental environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Consultation: Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their preferences, body type, and event requirements. Provide personalized styling advice to enhance the customer's overall look and confidence.
  2. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain the rental inventory, ensuring all items are in excellent condition, properly labeled, and ready for customer presentations and fittings.
  3. Styling Support: Collaborate with senior fashion consultants to create trendy and appealing outfit combinations for display and marketing purposes. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry insights.
  4. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, fittings, and feedback professionally and courteously. Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a seamless rental experience for clients.
  5. Sales and Promotions: Assist in promoting rental packages, discounts, and seasonal offers to drive sales and customer engagement. Participate in marketing events, fashion shows, or photo shoots as required.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Support administrative tasks such as managing customer records, processing rental orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Qualifications:

  • Completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong sense of style with knowledge of current fashion trends and designers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Prior retail, customer service, or fashion industry experience is a plus.
