Full Job Description

MedChemExpress has an immediate opening for Accounting manager & HR base in India. This is a full time position with career advancement opportunities within the company.

Position: Accounting manager & HR

Location: Biomedical Life Sciences. 3-14-116/502N Road No1 Judges Colony Vanasthalipuram Ranga Reddy Dist-500070 Telangana, India (On-site)

The Accounting manager & HR will be responsible for managing both Accounting and Human Resources functions. This role is vital for ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate financial record-keeping, enabling the company to meet its goals in an efficient and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger.

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations and address inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and compensation.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At less 2 years of experience in a similar dual Accounting & HR role. (Must)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, HR software, Office software.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and local language. (Must)
