Proposal Writer / Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Exploring, Identifying, and analyzing requests for Proposals (RFP) through various Procurement websites across the USA.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex bid requirements and develop tailored solutions.

• Understanding the full cycle of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

• Must be able to work independently while partnering across functions. Ability to organize data and information effectively.

• Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less time than others; can attend to a broader range of activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and develop comprehensive bid responses.

• Track and monitor bid opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes.

• Additional activities include:

RFP/RFX summary preparation

Form filling

Portal registrations

Repository maintenance

Reports preparation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in bid analysis, proposal development, or related roles.

• Must be experienced in proposal writing, client presentations, and organizing information as part of the RFP/RFI/EOI process.

• Must have worked in the North American region especially having complete knowledge of SLED (State, local & education) domain

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and concepts.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Knowledge of tools and technology is an added advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in English, journalism, communications, computer science, or related disciplines.
