We are seeking skilled and passionate mental health professionals to join our dynamic team in Kochi. As a core member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, personalized mental health care.
Your primary responsibility will be conducting 1:1 therapy sessions. You'll also have opportunities to lead group sessions, workshops, and webinars, contributing to our mission of making quality mental health care accessible to everyone.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a Master's or M.Phil degree in Psychology (counseling, clinical, and applied), qualified to practice independently.
- 1–2 years of counseling or therapy experience (exceptional internships may also be considered).
- Is empathetic and a skilled listener with intuitive interpersonal skills.
- Has strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Shares our mission of improving access to quality care for individuals with anxiety and depression.
- Has experience working collaboratively with medical professionals to manage client care.
- Brings entrepreneurial energy and thrives in a startup culture, iterating on and refining processes as needed.
