About Wyzard.aiWyzard.ai is building the Signal-to-Revenue AI category.We help B2B companies capture buyer intent, qualify leads in real time, and orchestrate revenue actions across GTM tools without adding more SDRs or manual workflows.Wyzard acts as an always-on GTM copilot, sitting on top of CRMs, enrichment tools, intent platforms, email, LinkedIn, and AI agents converting signals into pipeline automatically.We are looking for a GTM Engineer who can sit at the intersection of Revenue, Systems, and AI and help us (and our customers) run GTM like a machine.Role OverviewAs a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GTM systems using modern sales, marketing, and AI tools.This is not a strategy-only role.This is a hands-on execution role where you will:Build GTM workflowsConnect toolsConfigure automationsLeverage AI for personalization and qualificationTranslate revenue goals into working systemsYou will work closely with:FoundersSales & Marketing leadersProduct & Engineering teamsCustomers implementing Wyzard.aiKey Responsibilities1. GTM Stack Architecture & ExecutionDesign and implement end-to-end GTM workflows across:CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce)Enrichment tools (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clearbit)Intent platforms (6sense, Factors, Bombora, RB2B)Outreach channels (Email, LinkedIn, Chat)Own lead flow from signal → enrichment → qualification → routing → handoff2. AI-Powered GTM WorkflowsConfigure and optimize AI-led workflows for:Lead qualification (BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP, custom logic)Intent scoring and prioritizationPersonalized multi-channel outreachUse LLMs and AI tools to:Generate contextual messagingAdapt tone, timing, and channelsAutomate follow-ups based on user behavior3. Tool Integrations & AutomationBuild and maintain automations using:Native tool workflowsAPIs / Webhooks (basic understanding)No-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n preferred)4. Revenue Experimentation & OptimizationRun GTM experiments across:Inbound conversionABM workflowsEvent lead follow-upSDR + AI hybrid modelsTrack impact on:MQL → SQL conversionSpeed-to-leadPipeline velocityCost per qualified meeting5.
