This role will focus on ongoing enhancements maintaining configuring and enhancing SAP APMe ICM systems while streamlining workflows to ensure accurate commission payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP APM knowledge of US healthcare domain knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Manage and configure SAP Callidus APM systemDesign and optimize broker agency onboarding using workflows within the ICM system for broker integration to SAP APM systems and other external systemsExperience in groovy scriptingCollaborate with stakeholders and other team members to gather requirements implement and provide technical solutionsPerform ongoing changes to APM systems as per the business needsTroubleshoot and resolve SAP APM system issues and workflow issuesKnowledge of API programming within SAP Advanced workflow is a plusDocument system configurations changes and process flows for compliance and knowledge sharingSupport testing, training and change management initiatives
