Job Summary

is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Lead to join our talented team.

As the Oracle Cloud EPM Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies to ensure the quality and efficient delivery of EPM solutions across our organization.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud EPM with hands-on to EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS and ARCS process and related domain. Hands on experience in Fusion Financials modules will give you an edge. You should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with other business units.

Ability to conduct efficient workshops to understand & document business needs and perform fit/gap analysis with Oracle functionality.

Propose alternate solutions based on industry leading best practices.

Ability to identify gaps and present solution options with pros and cons for critical gaps / issues and make recommendations.

You should also have excellent communication skills and a user-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:


EPBCS:

Role requires the development of Planning Budgeting, Essbase Applications and integrations. This position will collaborate with various technical guides within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. Requires -Sound knowledge on Hyperion Planning / PBCS/EPBCS

FCCS:

This role requires experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process, experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process.

Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design.

Desired functional knowledge (Understand of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)

ARCS:

Ideal person will work on the overall development of Account Reconciliation solution (ARCS) i.e. design, configuration, data integration and testing.

Requirement:

· Experience implementing ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing

· Sound knowledge on ARM/ARCS including Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching

· Functional knowledge of Finance/accounting and account reconciliation is a must

· Knowledge and experience working with a consolidation tool and general ledger is a plus

· Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on current system

EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management):

You will work on the design and development of DRM/EDMCS and integrations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Function as applications design architect/Lead for DRM/EDMCS application development

· Application Design point of contact for DRM/EDMCS Analyst Teams


Qualifications

  • Experience in writing Oracle PLSQL coding experience is a plus
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues using tables/queries
  • Ability to read and understand Oracle documentation on table
  • Familiarity with Batch Scripts, Groovy, Linux Script ,FP&A tools such as Essbase, Smart View, EPM Cloud is preferred.
  • Analyze and optimize existing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Monitor performance and system health, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documents related to any solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure excellent IT support service.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud EPM technologies and best practices.
