Automation Test Lead/ QA Lead Responsibilities Include:


Experience:


· Experience in handling web & mobile applications testing portfolio

· Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts.

· Create and document strategies for repeated tests.

· Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases.

· Analyze software test results and recommend corrective actions.

· Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases.

· Train personnel in software testing methodology.

· Review software requirements and test plans.

· Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases.

· Work collaboratively with other team members.

· Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

· Analyzing software test results and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

· Strong understanding of agile / scrum methodologies and process.


Tools:


· Storing experience in using - Test management tools like Zephyr, Jira.

· Experience in automation testing frameworks & tools in automating the test scripts – K6, Airflow.


Soft Skills:


· Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of the project.

· Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.

· Deploying and managing resources for testing.

· Fluency in English language to communicate well with all project members
