Our recruiters operate with an agency mindset — speed, quality, and closure-focus.Role ObjectiveTo manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts under the RPO/third-party hiring model — ensuring high-quality sourcing, precise screening, structured candidate database management, and consistent joining conversions.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment (RPO Model)Understand client JDs, hiring expectations & role requirementsPost jobs across paid & free job portalsSource relevant candidates from Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala & other channelsPerform structured telephonic screeningsEvaluate salary, notice period, location fit, and communicationSchedule interviews and ensure high attendanceCoordinate continuously with client HR teamsManage offer, negotiation & joining follow-upsMaintain trackers, MIS updates & daily hiring sheets2. Candidate Sourcing & Database ManagementBoolean expertise & multi-channel sourcingBuild & maintain a strong candidate pipelineManage Drive/Sheets & maintain clean data poolsDaily tracking of outreach → screening → status updates3. Client & 3rd-Party CoordinationCommunicate with client HR teams for interviewsShare shortlisted profiles with screening notesProvide daily/weekly hiring reportsEnsure SLA-based TAT is met for every role4.
