We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CMA Trainee. Key Responsibilities:

1. Subjective Understanding of Costing:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of costing principles and their practical applications.
• Analyze and interpret cost data to provide insights for decision-making.

2. Understanding Allocation Methods of Cost:

• Develop proficiency in various cost allocation methods to ensure accurate distribution of costs across departments and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize cost allocation strategies.

3. Basic Understanding of Accountancy, Business Studies, P&L:

• Apply foundational knowledge of accountancy and business studies to contribute to financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and review of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.

4. Product Costing and Process Costing:

• Apply knowledge of product costing and process costing methodologies to support accurate cost determination.
• Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to understand cost drivers and efficiencies.

5. Intermediary Knowledge of MS Excel:

• Utilize intermediate-level MS Excel skills to organize and analyze financial data.
• Prepare detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to communicate financial information effectively.

6. Minimum 12-Month Tenure at Jaipur Rugs:

• Commit to a minimum tenure of 12 months with Jaipur Rugs.
• Actively engage in training, learning, and professional development opportunities throughout the tenure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CMA Intermediate
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with product costing, process costing, and cost allocation methods.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
