Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs

- Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms

- Create compelling content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

- Appear on-screen and produce/edit high-quality video content and reels.

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to interactions promptly, and manage community engagement.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and improvement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Additional certifications in social media marketing are a plus.

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, and Google Analytics.

- Knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.

- Comfortable appearing on-screen and skilled in video editing for creating reels and video content.


Salary Range: 24,000 to 28,000 per month 

Joining: Immediate

Location: 57 Nanak palace Ring Road, Pipliya Pala Service Rd, near Gurudwara, Pipliya Rao, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001. 




As a Social Media Marketing Specialist & Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' brands through innovative social media strategies and engaging content creation.
