As we navigate the path of expansion, we are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Technology Lead in MEAN Stack to spearhead our projects, steer technology decisions, and contribute significantly to the ongoing growth of our organization.


The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of product development principles and related architecture, with a keen awareness of the microservices-based model for developing SAAS products with multi-tenant architecture.


Responsibilities:-

Technical Leadership:

  • Leading a talented team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Drive the formulation and execution of technology strategies for MEAN Stack projects.

Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency.

Microservices and SAAS Development:

  • Implement and advocate for a microservices-based model in product development.
  • Realize multi-tenant architecture to enable the development of SAAS products.

Development and Coding:

  • Engage hands-on in coding and development using MEAN Stack, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to uphold code quality and foster continuous improvement.

Client Collaboration:

  • Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, provide technical insights, and address concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.


Required Skills:


  1. Required experience 5+ years
  2. Proven expertise in MEAN Stack development.
  3. Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js., React js
  4. In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development.
  5. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
